Recentemente le mie vacanze sono molto meno organizzate di un tempo, meno programmazione, meno definizione, meno prenotazioni. E incredibilmente fila tutto liscio lo stesso, cioè nonostante essere andati in agenzia viaggi a prenotare qualcosa come otto giorni prima di partire, abbiamo trovato posto dove volevamo e a un prezzo accettabile, dunque tutto bene. Il brutto sinceramente è stato arrivare fino al giorno della prenotazione senza poter immaginare, documentare, fantasticare sull’agognata vacanza; il fatto di non avere una meta stabilita, un posto preciso, e nemmeno un mezzo di trasporto tanto definito, mi ha messo addosso un po’ di senso di smarrimento e un velo di mesta rassegnazione per le ultime settimane. Domani però finalmente si parte! E si va in quella terra meravigliosa che è la Sardegna!!
Io una vacanza di mare in Sardegna non l’ho mai fatta prima. Ricordo a mala pena di aver preso un traghetto per andare in Corsica l’estate della maturità, e poi un breve viaggio attraverso la Sardegna da nord a sud durato pochi intensi giorni insieme ad amici appassionati di enogastronomia che festeggiavano il loro diploma di sommelier ais appena conseguito. Eravamo un gruppo ben assortito, tra amici di vecchia data e nuovi conoscenti, tutti ben disposti verso un breve giro per cantine e ristoranti, rigorosamente fuori stagione. Bei giorni, nessuna prenotazione, solo b&b raggiunti all’ultimo momento, a Cagliari come a Cabras, a Oliena come a Stintino. E dopo aver visto Contini, Santadi, la Cantina sociale di Oliena e quella di Dolianova, la Grimaldi per un improvviso guasto a una nave ci comunicò al cellulare sulla spiaggia di Chia che il viaggio di ritorno, con tante scuse, non si poteva fare! restammo attoniti , felici, e poi ridemmo tanto, tanto, fino alle lacrime.
Vabbè, ultimamente sarò diventata nostalgica? tornando all’oggi, Uvetta ha le valigie quasi pronte, secchiello e paletta per la cucciola che va ad approfondire la sua conoscenza con la sabbia e il bagnasciuga e le onde piccole del mare grande. Per la prima volta mi porto il pc, perciò non si sa mai che ci si senta presto con qualche ricetta con pane carasau o pecorino, e speriamo anche qualche bel pescetto no? buone vacanze a tutti!!

in effetti le vacanze fatte così sono molto più economiche ma ti tolgono il gusto di sapere e fantasticare prima sulla mete delel vacanze.pianificare prima è come fare lo stesso un viaggio.comunque vedrai che la Sardegna non ti deluderà.un bacio e buon viaggio
