Doppia sfoglia con solo due mani

Se avete una bimba di pochi mesi e tra tutte le questioni aperte che avete in corso indoor e outdoor dovete preparare pranzo, approfittate di un suo breve pisolino per affettare quattro zucchine (per questo servono due mani); non appena la piccola si sveglia vorrà essere presa in braccio, perciò prelevatela, spupazzatela un po’ e sistematela nel vostro braccio sinistro. Con la destra libera riuscirete a fare tutto il resto. Tirate fuori una padella, metteteci un filo d’olio extra vergine, accendete il fuoco e fate cuocere le zucchine, intanto che cullate prendete dal frigo due uova, uno alla volta che sennò vi si sfracellano in mano :-) prendete un piatto fondo e apriteci le uova, eliminate quel pezzetto bastar… di guscio che è finito nel piatto, prendete una forchetta e battete le uova con un po’ di sale (fondamentale avere il salino), aggiungete un po’ di latte chè la panna in questo momento non riuscite ad aprirla, con le forbici aprite la confezione di pasta sfoglia e -qui viene il bello- srotolatela in una teglia da forno, fatto? Bene, con l’aiuto della sola forza di gravità versate le zucchine nella sfoglia. Aprite a coltellate una confezione di pancetta dolce a cubetti e distribuitela uniformemente tra le zucchine, infine versate il composto uova-latte e ripiegate il bordo della sfoglia su sè stesso. Infornate per mezz’ora in forno già caldo e finalmente darete un po’ di sollievo al braccio sinistro che reggeva la piccola. Nel caso non abbiate la cucciola ma vogliate provare l’esperienza preparate prima uno zainetto del peso di circa sei chili e mezzo e reggetelo allo stesso modo :-)
Se invece è domenica mattina e avete entrambe le mani libere rilassatevi… aprite il frigo e vedete un po’ cosa c’è dentro, se ci trovate dei fichi dell’orto di papà rispolverate una speedy ricetta del Cavoletto (ma lo sapete che in questo post c’erano solo 3 commenti?? non pare possibile) e otterrete una torta meravigliosa da portare con una certa soddisfazione al pranzo di famiglia. Tanto buona da strappare i complimenti nonostante l’attenzione della tavolata sia giustamente concentrata sulla vostra pargoletta :D
Torta di fichi e mandorle
Ingredienti
1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia
100 gr di farina di mandorle
2 uova
50 gr di burro
60 gr di zucchero a velo
1 pizzico di sale
1 cucchiaio di grappa (la mia era di brachetto)
1 cucchiaino di estratto di mandorla amara (io l’ho omesso)
una decina di fichi se sono piccoli, altrimenti ne bastano 6 o 7
poco zucchero di canna
In una terrina mescolare la farina di mandorle con lo zucchero, unirvi la grappa e il sale. Fondere il burro in un pentolino a fuoco molto dolce e aspettare che si raffreddi un po’. Battere le uova e unirvi il burro fuso. Assemblare i due composti ottenendo una crema omogenea. Stendere la sfoglia in una teglia con la carta da forno e riempirla livellando bene. Lavare i fichi, ripulirli della cima più spessa e tagliarli a spicchi. Sistemare gli spicchi sulla crema premendo leggermente, infine sporverare con un paio di cucchiaini di zucchero di canna e infornare per 30 minuti in forno già caldo a 180°. Sfornare facendo attenzione a non svenire per il profumo :-)

Mi ha fatto morire dal ridere la descrizione della preparazione della torta salata, non tanto perchè ho una bimba da cullare ma perchè faccio sempre più cose insieme per cui conosco bene la tecnica d prendere a coltellate la confezione di pancetta e via dicendo! :) Buona domenica!

se i figli sono 3 da 2 a 5 anni metteteli tutti a giocare insieme raccomandandovi di non disturbare nemmeno se scoppia la bomba atomica, rassegnatevi ad avere la casa distrutta nel giro di 10 minuti e procedete come da ricetta.
