Sei cose che mi piacciono

Sciopina, dalla lontana Santiago del Cile dove si trova per lavoro, e mi sa che ’sta ragazza fa un bel lavoro, mi ha invitata a partecipare a questo gioco in cui si dichiarano 6 cose, azioni, pensieri e consuetudini che amiamo fare, altre 6 cose che invece non ci piacciono, per poi nominare altre 6 persone a partecipare. Ed ecco qua:
Mi piace il Gattinara di Travaglini in ogni sua annata e forma, perchè amo il nebbiolo e di conseguenza amo non semplicemente i vini che da esso nascono ma soprattutto che lo rappresentano per ciò che è, vini schietti, con colore nitido, profumi sottili e sapore deciso.
Mi piace leggere e soprattutto studiare anche se il tempo per farlo è sempre troppo scarso, un paio di anni fa ho preparato un esame restando sui libri in pratica un’estate intera, lo feci con piacere e lo ricordo con piacere.
Mi piace cucinare (ovvio), mi piace comprare gli ingredienti a ispirazione, pensare ad un menù, attaccarlo su un foglio di carta al frigorifero e preparare tante cose in parallelo, facendo sul momento tante modifiche a come lo avevo pensato. Mi piacciono tutti i gesti d’amore legati alla cucina, far assaggiare, apparecchiare bene, pensare a piatti equilibrati, sperimentare gusti nuovi, abbinare i vini giusti (ovvio pure questo).
Mi piace viaggiare pianificando il necessario e improvvisando il più possibile.
Mi piace la domenica mattina, godere la casa, far entrare la luce, curare le piante, stare con le persone che amo, uscire a piedi, fare una torta in più.
Mi piace quando racconto un vino ai clienti e vedo che lo comprano affascinati e con convinzione.
Non mi piace andare a dormire tardi e soprattutto dormire fino a tardi.
Non mi piace avere un appuntamento in un posto che non conosco e dove non so dove parcheggiare.
Non mi piace il fast food (non facciamo nomi)
Non mi piacciono le banalizzazioni e i pettegolezzi. E in generale gli sputasentenze e chi ti dà consigli non richiesti.
Non mi piace la corsa , non è proprio il mio sport, è qualcosa che invece di farmi stare bene mi fa stare peggio.
Non mi piacciono le ostriche -che volete farci, anche io ho i miei limiti…
Ora passo il testimone a qualcuno che vorrei conoscere meglio:
ps. la foto sopra non c’entra nulla, è solo la mia insalatona mista di ieri a pranzo che vista l’ora mi stuzzicava e che comprende anche qualche avanzo, chi li riconosce?? :-)
Ma lo sai che tutti i “non mi piace” valgono anche per me? Tali e quali!! Vado al letto con le galline e mi alzo all’alba, vado nel pallone se devo raggiungere un posto che non conosco (quasi quasi mi compro un navigatore), se faccio due passi di corsa schiatto e le ostriche non riesco proprio a farmele piacere.
